Τα βραβεία θα δοθούν 5 Μαρτίου 2020 στο Μεξικό. Ο Bad Bunny προηγείται με 13 υποψηφιότητες ενώ ακολουθούν με 10 οι Banda MS, J Balvin και Daddy Yankee. Η λίστα με τις υποψηφιότητες περιλαμβάνει ονόματα όπως Natti Natasha, Ozuna, Karol G, Guaynaa, Sech, Luis Miguel και Paulo Londra.
