Τις περισσότερες υποψηφιότητες συγκέντρωσε ο ποπ σταρ Justin Bieber με 7 και ακολούθησε η Megan Thee Stallion με 6. Μεγάλοί νικητές της βραδιά ήταν οι Olivia Rodgrigo, Lil Nas X και BTS με 3 βραβεία και ακολούθησαν οι Justin Bieber και Billie Eilish με 2. Στην έναρξη της απονομής απολαύσαμε σε μια εμφάνιση έκπληξη την Madonna σε ένα σύντομο φιλμάκι και ήταν παρούσα εκεί μόνο για τον εναρκτήριο λόγο.
