Ο Νοτιοαφρικανός παραγωγός Master KG συνεργάζεται για πρώτη φορά με τους διεθνείς αστέρες της μουσικής σκηνής, τον David Guetta και τον Akon.
Το τραγούδι λέγεται Shine Your Light και αναφέρεται για ενότητα και αγάπη σε έναν καλύτερο κόσμο.
Ο παραγωγός έγινε γνωστός πρόπερσι όταν κυκλοφόρησε το upbeat gospel τραγούδι «Jerusalema» σε συνεργασία με την τραγουδίστρια Nomcebo.
Όπως αποκάλυψε ο ίδιος για τη συνεργασία του με τον David Guetta και τον Akon :
I’ve always wanted to make a global song about love and peace and when I researched David Guetta, he was someone who also preached about love and unity in his songs. I spoke to my team about working with him and we reached out only for him to be happy to collaborate on a song with me.
I made a beat and sent it to him. He was happy about it and added his own flavour to it. When we wanted to put vocalists on the beat, a number of people came to mind but Akon was someone we both loved and agreed could be the right person to put vocals on the song.
It is really about unity, love and getting together as people. We are trying to make the world be happy and enjoy love. It’s an important message for me to spread because it is something we need in life. Especially these days where there is too much negativity. We need a lot of love across the world. It shouldn’t matter where you come from.
