To βρετανικό μουσικό συγκρότημα Editors, συνεχίζει την προώθηση για το επερχόμενο, 6ο, studio album τους με τίτλο ‘Violence’ και κυκλοφόρησαν το νέο τους single.
Μετά την κυκλοφορία του video clip για το ‘Magazine’, ο Tom Smith – front man του συγκροτήματος – και η μπάντα του κυκλοφόρησαν το νέο του single ‘Hallelujah (So Low)‘ μαζί με το music video σε σκηνοθεσία Rahi Rezvani.
Οι στίχοι του τραγουδιού γράφτηκαν ύστερα από ένα ταξίδι του Tom σε καταυλισμούς προσφύγων στη βόρεια Ελλάδα. Σχετικά μ’αυτό δήλωσε:
“It was obviously an incredibly moving trip, seeing people living in dust, surviving only on the help of others was very moving. Musically the track hung on the relationship between the acoustic guitar and the drum machine, that was part of the track from my demo, it had something special very early on…then when Justin came up with his outrageous guitar riff we knew we had a winner. It’s the most “rock” we’ve ever been and it’s exhilarating. I think the video attempts to capture this intensity, both in the track and in us as a live band.

Το ‘Violence’ θα κυκλοφορήσει στις 9 Μαρτίου και είναι το follow up του ‘In Dream’ που κυκλοφόρησε το 2015.
