Τον περασμένο μήνα, η Chelsea Wolfe ανακοίνωσε την κυκλοφορία του νέου της LP με τίτλο Hiss Spun και μας χάρισε μια πρώτη γεύση με το lead-single “16 Psyche” μέσω της Sargent House.
Τώρα, η metal-leaning τραγουδίστρια και στιχουργός μας δίνει άλλο ένα preview του επερχόμενου δίσκου της με το “Vex”.
Το τραγούδι είναι σε συνεργασία με τους: Aaron Turner (μέλος των συγκροτημάτων ISIS, Sumac και Old Man Gloom), και με τον Troy Van Leeuwen (Κιθαρίστας των Queens Of The Stone Age)
Η ίδια δήλωσε για το “Vex”:
“I knew from the beginning that I wanted Aaron Turner’s voice somewhere on this album, and could hear him in my head on ‘Vex.’ I had already recorded my vocals for the song but decided to send it to Aaron without them on. Happily, the first time we played it back with both vocal parts they fit together in a very compelling way.”
